Parking reduction

The co-owner of 308 Field Street, which abuts the site, asked the board to deny the parking reduction and buffer eliminations or approve them with four conditions, citing existing congestion, parking spillover, and loss of buffering, and submitted photos of cars parked along Field Street.

The owner of the adjacent Adams Rentals, LLC flex-space property said he supports the redevelopment but wants a smaller parking reduction, citing 40 years of dealing with spillover parking from nearby businesses.
